Hi Daniel,
I think the issue was due to the luck of equivalent points in the reference cloud (the two acquistino strategy captured different areas around the subject). Once I excluded those areas worked fine :)
Thanks so much for the help!
Best,
Samantha

ICP registration issues
Hi, I am doing a series of analyses in which I compare points clouds generated through TLS and SfM-MVS. The first two registration with ICP gave no issues (I am doing ICP because I wanted the matrix for the translation and rotation values), but the last two sets of point clouds don't want to work. W...

Re: Rendering volume density
Also, second question regarding the units. I have calculated the surface density with radius of 0.009 ( my object is in m so I suppose that's in mm). I was wondering which unit is actually displayed in the surface density scalar fields (is the number of points? Because in that case it looks like a v...

Rendering volume density
Good morning,
I have used to density volume option to see the density of my point cloud and now I would like to render it. Could you tell which command would allow it?
Many thanks in advance.

Degrees or radians in Apply transformation tool
Good morning,
I was wondering if the values displayed in the angles section in the 'Apply transformation' are indicated in degrees or radians?
Many thanks in advance.
