The problem is when I load point clouds in cloud compare. If I simply register the point clouds in Cyclone, the Sensor pose is correctly loaded in CC. But if I rotate the cloud in Cyclone using two reference points, the Sensor pose appear incorrect in CC.

Hi, I use Cyclone for registering and then I usually orient point clouds using two points which fix the rotation angle along the z axis that aligns the points to the x axis.
