Re: Scalar Field "Display Ranges" Continuum Not Displaying Across Entire Axis...
Thanks for your reply! I did find a technique that seems to do the trick: I manually set the "Max Distance" in my General Parameters dialogue within the Distance Computation (C2C) dialogue. This limits the coverage of the continuum. I also split the x, y, and z axes. However, CC seems to b...

Greetings from Boise; I haven't quite gotten this figured out: in the image, please note that my Color Scale is compressed into the far left margin of the Display Range Continuum. http://www.idahoairships.com/laserscanningforum_images/10_30_18.JPG How does one compel the Color Scale to fill the enti...

Re: Importing Surveyed (Geolocated) Point Clouds
I sure do appreciate any help with this matter; can't find a procedure in the manual or the wiki, but have posted a request on the forum: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2872
Thanks!

Registration via Latitude/Longitude/Elevation (or SPCS)
Greetings from Boise! I produce Point Clouds from my TLS (FARO X330) in SCENE; in this case, I'm "shooting" residential yards. Specifically, I shot the yards once and then again several months later. Each time I had several 140mm spheres laying around and had their centerpoints surveyed (L...

Thank you so much for your guidance on this; it has to be the easiest fix I've ever run across. I simply deleted the CloudCompare.exe.manifest file and she fired right up!

Re: Importing Surveyed (Geolocated) Point Clouds
Thank you so much, Daniel! Boise is a pretty nice place-no doubt. I lived in England for a few years (Felixstowe), and my wife was an exchange student in La Rochelle-we're both in love with Europe, too. One thing about Boise's name (les Bois, originally-obviously) is that we have many, many more tre...
