Export of points to txt, dwg

I have a question, is it possible in cloud compare to outline a broken line of a cloud of points along one of the X, Y, Z axes and then the program to mark the break points?
How can I export the points that I marked on the point cloud to txt or dwg,dxf format?

How can I calculate the surface of a created solid mesh.
I create a grid with:
1. Edit- normals - compute
2. plugin- poison recon

And here is my question. How do you get the result of the mesh surface of the created solid? Is there any other way to create a solid mesh?
