Wear calculation value in Microns

I have 2 teeth models of the same patient which were taken by 4 months difference.
I did alignment by 10 points. Now I am looking for a way to calculate the wear between each section of each tooth models and I need it in microns.
Can anybody help?

Have you simply tried to compute the distances? (Tools > Distances > C2C or C2M). If you have two meshes, make sure to sample a lot of point on one model and then compute the C2M distances. See http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... omputation.

And you'll get the distances in the same units as your input models.
