JRC (Joint Roughness Coefficient) calculation

Is it possible to determine the JRC with Cloudcompare? Is there a plug in. I use photogrammetry to get a point Cloud and a mesh. Now i want to estimate the jrc with cloudcompare.

I don't know what the JRC is exactly. Therefore I would say that there's no dedicated method to compute it in CC. However you may need several tools combined together that could do the trick...
