Point Pairs Picking

Hi,
I´m trying to align 2 point clouds (1 generated in AgiSoft, 2 LIDAR-data).
My problem is that if I pick the points manually it does not align at all the point clouds. The 1 point cloud is even "upside-down".

Could you help me to solve the problem?
Sometimes I get even an error that the registration failes because maybe the points are not aligned

Are you sure you pick them in the exact same order? And pick more than 3 pairs (5 or 6 is better).
