Combine point clouds which are generated from UAV and laser canner

Hi everyone.
I am in a trouble and need help from all of you. My problem is I used flycam to capture a roof of a church and after that I used recap 360 to make point cloud. I also use Faro focus S350 to scan whole things around the church. I could not bring my scanner to the air to scan the roof therefore I had to use images from flycam to create point cloud. Now, I wanna combine two types of point clouds together. But I don't know how to do this. I tried to register in recap pro but the results are not the same as I expected.
Hopefully, everyone are here could help me solve this problem!

Well, simply import both clouds in CloudCompare (should be easy if you can save them in a format that CC can handle: ASCII, PTS, PLY, E57, LAS, etc.

Then you can start by manually registering them (if they are not too far away) with the 'Translate/Rotate' tool: https://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/i ... ation_Tool
