Comparison 2 point cloud by difference size

How to reduce the size of point cloud using cloudcompare? For example to reduce the size from 1 gigabytes to 700 megabytes to 500 megabytes and etc.

If it's a point cloud, then you can use the 'Subsample' tool: http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... CSubsample
