Hello !
Until now (with CloudCompare 2.9 and 2.10 alpha), I never had problems exporting clouds to *.e57 format file...
I just installed the new version (2.10 Zephyrus), and now, I can't export nothing to *.e57...
"[15:02:02] An error occurred while saving 'xxx.e57': the third-party library in charge of saving/loading the file has thrown an exception"
Am I alone in this case?
How can I fix this bug?
Thank you,
Best regards
Error exporting e57 files
Re: Error exporting e57 files
This has been fixed with the newest 2.10.1 version (already online).

Which version are you using? And can you share the file with me maybe? (admin [at] cloudcompare.org)

Re: Error exporting e57 files
Hi
I'm having the same error message when I try and import a e57 file.
The error message is saying 'An error occurred while loading 'xxx': the third-party library in charge of saving/loading the file has thrown an exception'
I'm running CloudCompare v2.11 alpha.
How can I get around this?
Thanks for the help.

I guess the file might have a problem? Same question: can you share the file with me? (admin [at] cloudcompare.org)
