Are there any plans to correspond to reading filenames of other languages such as Japanese and Russian?

Sorry, this is my misunderstanding.
I thought I cannot load the file like "東京タワー.obj".
But there is no problem in 2.10.2.

Ah ah that's not a problem.
You may encounter issues with "foreign" characters when loading files that require a third party library that doesn't handle those characters correctly (at a time it was for instance the case for LAS files, but now it's fixed). There may be other formats like that.
