You are probably exporting in the wrong coordinate system. If you export in latitude longitude you will have x and y compressed and z developed along a line. Probably there is a problem with processing too. Exit data is in latitude and longitude, you have to convert to some UTM system.
To start with try “local” and check if the cloud looks ok.
Check the EPSG codes too and find one that suits you.
Agisoft coordinates handling sometimes is not so intuitive.. maybe start with a small dataset and do some experiments.
