Mathematical equations for the SOR filter

I just wonder about the mathematical equations for the SOR filter? are they written in any published papers or documents?

No 'mathematical' equations actually (or super simple). It's more about the principle of the algorithm (which is also quite simple, see https://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/i ... escription).
