texture not loading

Hi Daniel,
I have been using your program for a while now(thanks, and yes I donated!). I use it quite narrowly though. I make 3d models using Agisoft of ceramic pots for archaeological illustration. I them import them into CloudCompare so I can rotate them and render the images to file for later use in illustration. Generally I have no problem doing this as they open just fine. But my last few 3d models have opened only showing the mesh in gray. It doesn't render the color skin or texture, so I can't see details. It says they are loaded successfully. Is it something that I am doing in Agisoft that is the problem? I opened up a few of my older models and they opened just fine. I hope you can help!
