Hi everyone,
First: Daniel, thank you so much for the awesome work with CC.
I have a LAZ file that I'm trying to export as a georeferenced height map (geotiff) file to Cesium for Unreal Engine.
However, it seems the the coordinates are not passed in export as Cesium gives me the "Error: Missing or invalid spatial reference system".
My steps are:
1) Open the LAZ file
2) Global shift/scale: Yes to all
3) Projection -> Raster -> Save
What is missing from the steps above? Where does the georeference get lost?
Many thanks in advance!
Martti
Geotiff height map export to Cesium ion
Re: Geotiff height map export to Cesium ion
Hum, I don't know Cesium.
But yes, CloudCompare doesn't set any particular spatial reference system (just coordinates). Maybe you could fix that with QGis for instance? (setting the right spatial reference system?)

LAStools will assign a coordinate system to a LAS file.
