Adding circular eraser

I suggest adding a new tool circular eraser to erase by hand points as an alternative to existing scissors
I believe it is very useful to many users

Ah that's an interesting modification indeed.

I should add that to the TODO list (but I don't know when it will be implemented however, and by who ;).
