Grow Selection

We use CSF filter to filter vegetation out of our point clouds but many times the base of a bush or tree is left and leaves a small bump in the DEM generated from the resulting cloud. It would be nice to be able to grow or buffer a selection or the results of a CSF filter to allow us to clean up the artifacts of vegetation left behind.
