Circular close bug on import

I attempt to open a FBX file (and a dxf file) that cover a very large area and CC throws an error saying that the global shift/scale on import doesn't seem adapted to this entity. I attempt to cancel/close the dialog box and it goes into a circular loop, reopening the import screen on close, where my only option is to forcible close CC through task manager.

it was a dxf that was 30km apart between features. See if I can find it again
