Tile function not working on LAZ import

Has anyone experienced any troubles importing a LiDAR file (LAZ) into CC and only getting one tile. I selected the 4x4 on the Tile tab but I only get one file. I've had success doing this procedure before, but for some reason it's not working with this dataset.

Any suggestions?

I believe I found the error in my way. The file size was way too big to tile. I was able to use Global Mapper to reduce the file size to a more manageable file size for CC and it was then able to tile.

708,160,387 x20 reduction
333,156,473 x20 reduction of the x20 reduction (This file size works in CC)
