About cloud-to-cloud distance

I would like to know the interpretation of variables mean distance and standard deviation generated with cloud-to-cloud distance. Is it RMSE or Hausdroff distance?

I totally missed this question. Anyway, average and std. dev. are computed on the set / distribution of distances values computed on each point. With the classical formulas (so it's not RMSE nor Hausdorff?)
