-O command suggestion

I would suggest adding something like -IGNORE_SF in the -O command to avoid loading when not needed, so that when the SF are not needed like when meshing.

Ah, sadly no I/O filter but the LAS filter has this option to ignore SFs.

But you have the -REMOVE_ALL_SFS option to remove them just after loading the entities.
