Can anyone help me learn about CloudCompare to design 3D images?

I'm a technician and a graphic designer, I got to know CloudCompare during my college days. But when I graduated I worked at the Studio, mainly using Photoshop or Ai to edit 2D photos. Now I want to make a short film, using 3D graphics. so is CloudCompare still useful now? Can you help me find some teachers who can teach me? Or if you know anything about it, please share it with me
