Hello !
Would it be possible to add a rasterizing tool that allows to ewport (tif or ascii) rasters the same way the height grid generation works but with a scalar field ?
We would :
- Select the scalar field
- Select the resolution
- Select an option between (min/max/median/average, ...)
And produce a raster grid containing the informations...
Thanks :)

Re: Rasterize scalar fields
I'm not sure to exactly understand the difference with the actual 'Rasterize' tool.
You already have an 'Interpolate scalar field(s)' checkbox that let you choose almost the same options (min/max/average) and when exporting the result to a raster you can choose to export 'All scalar fields'.
If you choose only this latter option when exporting to a raster file, only the scalar field(s) will be exported (i.e. not the height). This way you'll get as output a raster with only the SF(s) as 'band(s)'.
