Cannot re-save a Laz file

I have a Laz file that I can load but cannot save.
I get the following error: PDAL exception: writers.las: Invalid value '128' for argument 'dataformat_id'.
I get the same error even after removing all scalar fields.
I run CloudCompare 2.12.4 installed via flatpack.

Any idea what is the cause?

Hum, not sure... I would advise you to test with the 2.13.alpha version, but I'm not sure it's supported by flatpak?
