Failed to open FARO fls file

I have installed the faro I/O plugin (2.13 alpha, under windows), but still failed to open a fls file. The error message is below:

[Faro] Failed to connect to FARO LS runtime: Cannot instantiate FARO Open interface

OK I fixed it. Seems 2.13 do not support the plugin.

Hi Hunnis,
Yesterday I installed 2.13 alpha and FARO plugin and was not a problem to load FARO project in CloudCompare.
I just take memory card from scanner (FARO FOCUS) insert in computer and from CC I can easyly import project
