Hello,
I would like to use the CloudCompare software to compare two point clouds and a tachymeter measurement with a point cloud.
Would you recommend that I compare the point clouds via cloud-to-cloud or create a mesh from them beforehand?
For the comparison with the tachymeter data, does it make sense to load it as a point cloud into CloudCompare and compare it with another point cloud via cloud-to-cloud?
Thanks for any possible suggestions.

Re: Compare Point Clouds
Well, it all depends on your 'reference' cloud density. If the point cloud that isn't measured with a tachymeter is quite dense, then it can be ok to use C2C.
