Good morning, I have a problem. I'm working on a lidar point cloud that contains a forest. from this I would have to extract every single tree and calculate the height and diameter of each one. In your opinion, what tools should I use?

You should maybe take a look at the new 3DFin plugin: https://github.com/3DFin/3DFin (it's included in the Installer version of CloudCompare 2.13 for Windows).

there exists also a plugin named tree isolation, but I can't find it in the plugins list of CloudCompare.
How can I install it for CloudCompare?

It is present on the latest versions of CC (2.13.X) on Windows. See 'TreeIso' at the end of the 'Plugins' menu.
