C2M display corlor range

Post by Enzoa04 »

Hi,
I am doing a principal component analysis on bones (tibia/fibula) and what to see how the components affect the bones shape. So, I aligned the bones and did a C2M comparison between the mean mesh and +2SD mesh and between the mean mesh and -2SD as well. I want to display them both on the same interface with the same C2M signed distance color scale. But for one the values are ranging from -11.85 to 8.55 and the other one from -13.34 to 73.7.
I tried to create my own color scale with the lower and highest value, but it is filling the rest with grey, and did not change the color map.
See pictures attached to have a better understanding.

Do you have a solution of how I can apply exactly the same color map scale for both?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Enzo

You simply have to make the scale 'absolute' (see the 'Mode' combo-box).
