Floor Flatness

Hey!

I need to do a floor plat analysis based on a scan. I would like to superimpose a grid of 1x1 squares on the scan and do the analysis based on these heights. How to do it? I've been trying for the second week....

I also care very much about excel with the result. Can anyone help me?

Not sure to fully understand your need, especially the 'heights' you are referring to: are they the height at all intersections of the grid? Or are they the max or average height in each cell of the grid? (in which case the Rasterize tool will help you).
