global translation of the point cloud

from a survey I received a point cloud with ellipsoidal heights, but for the activity I have to carry out I would need to convert the point cloud into orthometric heights...
How could I do this activity?

I think you should look at GDAL or PDAL to do the conversion first. CloudCompare only handles orthometric coordinates.
