How to bring two point clouds close to each other?

Hi. I have two different point clouds which are far apart from each other. I want to bring them in a same origin or bring close to each other at least. I have read the Documentation and it was mentioned that I can do that by applying Edit/Synchronize . but in CC version 64 bit this option is not available in Edit tab! pleas let me know, is there any alternative solution? here is a documentation :

Yep, the method has been moved and renamed: "Tools > Registration > Match bounding box centers".

I'll update the wiki asap.
