Hi all,
I just wanted to check, I've been doing C2M comparisons between two objects. In the histogram, am I correct in thinking that the count is the amount of points and the graph shows the total points that are deviating away from the compared mesh. So with the attached image, I'm looking at approx 90% of the points are approx within half a centimeter?
Thanks so much!
Dave

Re: c2m question
Indeed, but in this case pay attention that you have signed distances. Therefore 90% of the points are below 0.5. But if you want to know the number of points between -0.5 and 0.5 you'll have to remove the number of points below -0.5.
A more accurate mean is to use the 'Edit > Scalar fields > Filter by Value' method, extract the point between -0.5 and 0.5 and look at the resulting cloud size.

That's fantastic! Thank you for clearing that up, it is so useful. :)
Is there anyway to compute volume change on top of that?
Thanks again!

Re: c2m question
Not yet (volume computation is in the pipe, but it won't be available before several months I believe).
