Using the DB-Tree, changing the name of groups and entities

In the Database-Tree list,
Is it possible to add the ability to edit the names of the groups and entities?

It would help in managing a project with lots of sections & extracted section clouds etc if we could rename the various groups and entities to something more meaningful than "Group", "Polyline #23" or "section cloud #5" etc.
Especially as I tend to end up with several items all called "polyline #1" !

Probably all that is needed is to add the ability to edit the "Name" field at the top of the Properties list for each item.
Or is CC using the name as a way of identifying the TYPE of entity concerned?
In that case you might need to add a new field called "User-Name" or such like?

You can already edit the name: either double click on the entity, or press F2.

I hadn't spotted that in the list of Function keys.
I had tried double-clicking on the name in the property list, but not in they actual DB tree.
