Scaling Parameters

Post by Inder_Chauhan »

Hi,
I am Inder Chauhan, I have a point cloud whose scaling value is so high "it is time in epoch seconds like: 1461694500.000030800", there are so many values with a small separation after 5th decimal place. So cloud compare is clubing the major values and showing lower scale. screenshot attached: 1-Result coming, 2-screenshot expected

Just use a newer version and the Global Shift mechanism will trigger (on the coordinates only).

The latest is the 2.7.0 ;)

And if your issue is with a scalar field, then you'll have to shift it yourself before importing it in CC.
