I am getting a strange problem. I wanted to install CC 2.8. I uninstalled previous version and install CCv2.8. I got no error but I cannot run CC (Clicking on CC sysmobol (also as administrator) nothing happend (only mouse symbol rotates and after few second stops).
I tried it many times by uninstalling and again installing CC 2.7, 2.8 on system: win 7 64 bit.
VERY strange: I formated my system also, nothing helped,
I also intstalled Win 10 64 and tried again, nothing helped.
So I am now installing CC v2.8 on WIn 10 64 bit.
There is no error message , so I am posting nothing. What info do you need to figure out this problem?

And if you reinstall the version 2.7, does it work?

no..I think last installed version was 2.6. I donot have it now. However, I had CC2.2. I intstalled it and it works.

You can download the 2.6.3 version from the official website.
