Filter Points by Value - New Option

Danielle, I do a lot of work in the scalar field values. I request the ability to split by value not just filter. Similar to how the segment tool works, giving me two clouds. the SF values I limited to, and what was left over as well. I do this by hand now and it can be time consuming. Thank you for consideration.
