Hello.
I can't install any version of the cc program cause the windows 10 give me message "The setup files are corrupted.Please obtain the new version of the files". Please help.

Yes, this generally happens when something bad occurred during download. Can you retry to download the installer?

Another option is that your antivirus is messing with the execution (for instance AVG will block the execution the first time).

yes, resolved by redownloading and shutting off antivirus prior to installation+install as administrator
