How can I save the global shift to original coordinates of points.

Not sure to understand: the global shift info can be edited at any time thanks to the 'Edit > Edit Global Shift & Scale' menu.
And it's automatically applied to clouds or meshes on output EXCEPT for a few formats that don't support big coordinates (notably the STL format).
