So, Daniel what you recommend to clean the noises on this type of cloud? or another way its possible to clean noises with your program on this cloud?

With such a low density cloud? Well you won't get better results than with the Clean filter... But as for each point you have a few neighbors, and they don't necessarily fit on a (local) plane, I'm not sure the strategy is accurate enough to filter the noise...

uhm, but can you check one thing?
https://www76.zippyshare.com/v/T9FQ5UFj/file.html <---- here is the data point which im trying to clean in txt format. Open the data and set the radius sphere parameters eg. 0.020 mm, look what points are hidden. Then repeat this process by closing the program and opening again cloud. I have got another points hidden than the first time, tell me if you too or this is error of program by my side. Please thank you

Yes there's definitely something weird with this tool (the fact that it's not 100% reproducible while there should be no random process, and the fact that with such a radius it should never remove any point... I'll look at that again

With such a low density cloud, I really don't know!
Otherwise I fixed the bug (it was due to the parallelism). The online 2.11.alpha version has just been updated.
Thanks for the feedback anyway!
