Normal to HSV considering both dip direction and dip angle

Hello Daniel,

another request for your todo-list ;). It would be nice to have the posibility to convert normals to slope (considering dip direction and dip angle at the same time). This is functionality often implemented in GIS software working with digitial elevation models. A LIDAR software that has this feature is Coltop3D.

Have you tried the 'Edit > Normals > Convert to HSV colors'? Because this is basically what this method does...

Oh I'm sorry. It confused me that convert to Dip/Dip Direction shows right away as a scalar field and convert to HSV is just a color at the beginning. Thanks a lot!
