supersampling a point cloud

I'm wondering if there is option of supersampling point cloud. I have point cloud say with @1cm and I want to make it @5mm.

Indeed the MLS tool of the qPCL plugin has an upsampling option (see the 'upsample method'). I just don't know much about this tool so you may have to look at the PCL documentation about it).

Hello.
I was interested also in supersampling/upsampling a cloud. So found this and sole thread.
I checked the plugin but the upsampling, even if selected from the dropdown, the specific parameters of the upsampling method, keep greyed out.
With the default params I'm unable to upsample the cloud.
Also, upsampling is undocumented, even if it points to the pcl documentation :\

I generated normals beforehand, just in case that was the issue but is not.

Yes, I believe the GUI is broken. Will have to fix it...
