Why Are There Preassigned Reference Points?

Post by reesamu »

Hello,

So I have made multiple meshes within ReCap 360 and I use CloudCompare to process them.

I have not attempted to reference any of the meshes but there are still values associated with each point. Can anyone explain what these values are relative to or where they are coming from?

What is the format of the mesh file(s)?

Then I'm not sure about the 'values' associated to the points! Is it a scalar field? Can you share a screenshot or even a sample file? (you can send me emails to cloudcompare [at] danielgm.net - replace the [at] by @).
