Point Picking gives offset point

When I am using the Point Picking tool and select point with mouse, point label points to offset position. Point information is given from point located NW direction approximately 500 m away from the original point. Offset is dependent to the 3D view port, offset is always to NW direction in relation to the viewport. Point Cloud orientation does not matter.

Attached is a picture, where mouse cursor is at clicked location and label of the picked point comes to different location. I have followed the Retina thread and added the lines to my .plist -file without improvement.

My computer is early-2013 MacBook Pro Retina, OS X 10.11.2, with NVIDIA Geforce GT 650M graphics card. Cloud Compare version is 2.6.1 (64-bit). At the initialization of the program, an error message is received in the lower console window.

"[14:43:48] [ccGLWindow::paintGL] OpenGL error: invalid frame buffer operation"

Have anyone had similar problems?

Looks like an OpenGL issue (seems to be common on Mac OS with this version).

What is the version of OpenGL detected by CloudCompare? (it appears in the Console when starting CC).

And can you check that the point picking is not done with OpenGL (it's in the Display properties).

Version for the OpenGL is:
GL version: 2.1 NVIDIA-10.8.14 310.42.15f01

If I disable the setting "Use OpenGL for point picking" the point is still offset. The offset direction changes to SW direction...!?

Strange indeed... It may be due to a Qt issue then.

Do you have the possibility to test the same cloud on a Windows version maybe? Or share the cloud with me?
