Clean cloud

I want to know what is the best method to clean a Lidar cloud? For example the lines inside to the circles in the picture.

Sorry for the late reply. It's hard to see anything but the areas you are pointing out seem to be aberrant scanlines. It would be good to use an algorithm dedicated to this kind of data. The solutions in CC are more for general/unstructured clouds.
Have you tried the SOR filter (just in case)?
