C2C absolute vs split number

Hi,
I've a question about C2C (cloud to cloud distance) functionality.
I compare two clouds and ask to CC to show me absolute value and split ones.
If I use NONE option, in local modeling page, the absolute value is correctly the norm of split numbers; but, when I use the other local models (least square plane, 2D 1/2 triangulation and height function) the absolute distance is not the norm of the three projected components (x,y,z). In this case, I do not understand which is the relation between absolute distance and split x,y,z value.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Marica

What version do you use? The last 2.7 one?

Not the last. I use version 2.6.1.

Strange. I didn't think it was possible to compute the split distances with the 2.6 version.

Can you try with the 2.7 version?

We are trying! I'll update you about new test.

Thank you!
