Registration of kinematic TLS

Hello all, I need to know how ColudCompare can be used for Registration of kinematic TLS (k-TLS) point clouds ?
Even if the noise error of scanner is calculated, the deviations are far from accuracy. Is there any other algorithm for registration of k-TLS point clouds?
