There seems to be a problem also in imporing LAS files for the previous 64bit version and in the newest version. It produces multiple side by side copies of the cloud point with no color info.

With the new version of CC, can you try to open a proper cloud, save it as LAS and re-open it? If it's ok, then it's the same bug (which is fixed now, however your old saves will be lost... sorry about that).
