select overlap area from two dataset

I have two drones surveying and there is a part of them that is overlay.
I would erase this area and leave only the two adjacent portions

I guess you could compute the distance between A and B, and remove all the points that are below a given distance. And then do the same between B and A?

Edit > Scalar field > Filter by value
