Georeferencing GPS coordinates - coordinates too big.

Hi,
I've got OS coordinates down a mine and would like to georeference my clouds using spheres we have picked up.
I've used the align tool to do this, but it says the coordinates are "too big". I've reduced down the coordinates to something cloudcompare will handle, but as I now need to digitise the cloud in a survey package, I need to shift it to its correct position, so in essence add 78.268m Easting, 77.542m Northing back on so the mine will be in the correct position.
How do I do this?
Thanks
