Problems with comparison between CAD Modell and Point cloud

Hello,
I want to make a comparison between a CAD-Modell and a point cloud. Generally this works well. But with some of my measurements I have problems.
I found out, that the scanner was wrong configured, that means in millimeter instead of meters. Now my point cloud is too small for a good registration.

Is it possible to scale the point cloud that it is in the same size as the CAD modell?

Use the 'Edit > Multiply / Scale' method.

How did you asserted this?

The only solution would be that there's a scaling value somewhere in the FBX file that is not taken into account by CC (however we use the official FBX SDK to load the FBX files...).

If you can give me the right scale and the files I could search where the missing information is (you can send mail to cloudcompare [at] danielgm.net).

This model in Navisworks (Autodesk). According to this model, a building was constructed. We scanned the building and compared with the model in Navisworks. all converges. I get the file FBX through export from Navisworks. I think the problem is in the export.
